Project Finisher is the 1:1 advisory engagement inside Your Success Shift, run by Glenis Gassmann, an Implementation-Focused Business Advisor with 35 years in business and accounting, including 15 years as a practicing accountant. It suits established business owners with one clear priority who need weekly structure to execute it.
Project Finisher includes weekly 1:1 sessions with Glenis, a custom Action Path (a week-by-week execution roadmap built around the client's own business and timeline), strategic focus sessions that end with one clear next step, and weekly accountability check-ins. Capacity is deliberately capped at five clients at any time.
Project Finisher runs as a monthly subscription at $4,000 plus GST in Australian dollars, with direct access to Glenis between sessions. There is no lock-in contract: cancel with 30 days' written notice. It is advisory work on the client's own business rather than a course to work through.
